Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Once you’ve placed your order, I will process it within 1-3 business days. If you place your order on a Friday evening or during the weekend, processing may take a little longer.
After processing, I will hand your order over to a courier for delivery. Shipping typically takes between 7 to 14 business days.
How can I track the status of my order?
As soon as your order is on its way, I will send you a tracking number that you can use to track your parcel online. Be sure to check your spam folder if the email does not appear in your inbox. It may take a few days for the tracking to become active.
It's been 14 business days, and my parcel still hasn't arrived—what should I do?
During busy periods or peak shopping seasons, orders may experience delays. If your order is delayed, I kindly ask for your patience and to allow up to 3 extra business days for delivery. If your order still hasn’t arrived after this timeframe, feel free to contact me at info@louisowen.com.
Can I cancel or change my order?
I understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact me as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate your request. However, once your order has been processed—usually within 1-3 business days—it will no longer be possible to cancel or change it.
Is there a possibility of a refund or an exchange?
I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why I offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can contact me within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange a refund or exchange. You can find more details in my refund policy.
